2015-2016 Akademik Dönemi Erasmus+ Staj Hareketliliğine katılmak isteyen öğrenciler, aşağıdaki yönergeleri takip etmelidirler:
Uygunluk Kriterleri:
- Öğrencinin yükseköğretim kurumu bünyesinde örgün eğitim kademelerinin herhangi birinde (birinci, ikinci veya üçüncü kademe) bir yükseköğretim programına kayıtlı, tam zamanlı öğrenci olması
a) Birinci kademe öğrencilerin kümülatif akademik not ortalamasının en az 2.20/4.00 olması
b) İkinci ve üçüncü kademe öğrencilerin kümülatif akademik not ortalamasının en az 2.50/4.00 olması
- Yüksek lisans ve doktora düzeyinde ilk dönem başvuran ve henüz seçim yapılan yükseköğretim kurumunda transkripti oluşmamış öğrenciler için bir önceki yükseköğretim kademesinde alınan mezuniyet notu kullanılır.
- Mevcut öğrenim kademesi içerisinde daha önce Erasmus faaliyetlerinden yararlanılmışsa, yeni faaliyetle beraber toplam sürenin 12 ay’ı geçilmeyecek olması
Başvuru Adımları:
- Öğrenciler 1 Mart – 18 Mart 2016 tarihleri arasında “Erasmus+ Online Öğrenci Sistemi” sayfası aracılığıyla başvuruda bulunmaları gerekmektedir.
- Öğrenciler ayrıca imzalı başvuru formunu ( 2 nüsha) geçerli not ortalaması gösterir transkriptleri ile birlikte ( 2 kopya ) , 18 Mart 2016 17:30 a kadar Sütlüce Yerleşkesi, 3. kat B-308 nolu Değişim Programları Koordinatörlüğü’ne teslim etmelidirler.
Yazılı sınav:
- İngilizce Dil Yeterliliği belgesi olmayan adaylar için başvuru dönemi sonrasında İngilizce Yazılı ve sözlü Sınav yapılacaktır.
- Üniversitemiz Hazırlık Okulu tarafından yapılan İngilizce Seviye Tespit Sınavına katılmış olanlar, İngilizce Hazırlık Okulundan Seviye Tespit Sınavı sonuç Belgelerini talep ederek ilgili belge ile başvuruda bulunabilirler.
- Yazılı sınav tarihi ve salon bilgileri Değişim Programları Koordinatörlüğü web sitesinde duyurulacaktır.
Seçim Kriterleri:
- GNO: %50
- İngilizce Dil Yeterlik Sınavı: % 50
(Toplam 100 puan üzerinden)
- Daha önce yararlanılan her bir faaliyet için: -10 puan
Daha önce yararlanma durumunda -10 puan uygulaması, önceki öğrenim kademesinde gerçekleştirilen veya yükseköğretim öğrenci/staj hareketliliği dışındaki hareketlilikler için uygulanmaz. Hareketlilik gerçekleştirmiş bir öğrencinin aynı öğrenim kademesi içerisinde tekrar başvurması halinde uygulanır.
Hareketlilik Hibeleri
Öğrenciler Türk Ulusal Ajansı tarafından ayrılan üniversite bütçesine göre hareketlilik hibesi alır. Hibeler, öğrencinin faaliyetle ilgili masraflarının tamamını karşılamaya yönelik değil, yalnızca katkı niteliğindedir.
Öğrenciler hareketlilik hibesi almasalar da Erasmus programına katılma hakları vardır. Erasmus Öğrenci Değişim Programı veya Erasmus Staj Programı ile ilgili öğrenciler ( lisans, lisansüstü) her seviye için, sadece toplamda 12 ay boyunca hareketlilik hibesi alabilirler.
Ancak 12 ay’ı tamamlayan öğrenciler, hareketlilik hibesi almadan birden fazla Erasmus Değişim programı ve Erasmus staj Hareketliliğine katılabilir.
Öğrenci hibe ile erasmus değişim programına katıldı ise, o öğrenci fakültesi tarafından onay alınması durumunda hibesiz bir şekilde Erasmus Değişim Programına katılabilir.
Öğrenci Erasmus Staj Programı için hareketlilik hibesi aldıysa aynı zamanda da, Erasmus Değişim Programı için hareketlilik hibesi alabilir.
Bu, öğrencilerin her seviyede Erasmus programlarına ( Erasmus Değişim veya Erasmus staj hareketliliği ) katılabileceği ve her biri için toplam 12 ay boyunca hareketlilik hibesi alabilir anlamına gelir.

2015-2016 Semester Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Applications
Application Students, who wish to participate in the Erasmus Program in 2015-2016 Semester, should follow the guidelines below:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Student must be full-time student to enroll in a higher education programme the level of formal education (1st, 2nd or 3rd grades) in higher education institutions.
- Minimum GPA of 2,20/4.00 for undergraduate students; minimum GPA of 2,50/4.00 for graduate students
- Master’s and doctoral level students who apply first term and not yet occured transcript can use the notes taken during the previous graduation.
- Students can only benefit total duration of 12 months in one study cycle. In case a student participated in mobility before he/she makes sure the total period should not exceed 12 months.
Application Procedure:
Student must submit the application in two steps:
- Students must apply through “Erasmus+ Online Application System” pages ONLINE between March 1st and March 18th, 2016.
- Students must also submit the signed application form (2 copies) and transcript (2 copies) which shows current CGPA, till Wednesday, Friday 18th 2016 17.30 pm to the Exchange Programs Office (room number B-308) at Sütlüce Campus, 3th floor
Take the Written Exam:
- Candidates, who have not an English Language Certificate, have to take written and oral English exam after application term.
- Candidates, who took an English Proficiency Exam before, can be use the results.
- Exchange Programs Office will announce date and classrooms for the written exam on the Erasmus website of Istanbul Commerce University.

Mobility Grants
Students receive mobility grants according to the university budget allocated by the Turkish National Agency. The mobility grants are not for covering all the expenses of study abroad periods. Mobility grants’ purpose is to support students during their study abroad periods. Students can choose not to receive theirmobilitygrants. Students are eligible to participate in the Erasmus program even though they may not receive mobility grants. Regarding Erasmus Student Exchange Program or Erasmus Internship Program, students can receive mobility grants only for 12 months in total, for each level of education (undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate). However students, who completed 12 months at a level, can participate in Erasmus Exchange program for more than once without receiving mobility grants. However, (s)he can participate in Erasmus Exchange program or Erasmus Internship Program once again without receiving mobility grants. If the student participated in Erasmus Exchange program at a level of higher education with grant, that student can participate in the Erasmus Exchange program at the same level again without grant, on the condition of getting approval by the Faculty. If the student received mobility grants for Erasmus Internship Program, (s)he can also receive mobility grants for Erasmus Exchange Program, as well. This means, students can receive mobility grants for 12 months in total for each of the Erasmus programs (Erasmus Exchange or Erasmus Placement), at each level.
