CEO of P.I. Works will deliver a talk at EE

Başar Akpınar, who is one of the Co-Founders and currently the CEO of P.I.Works, will give a talk and share his valuable experiences in the field with Istanbul Commerce University audience on April 18th, 2019, Thursday, between 1pm-3pm at C-205, Kucukyali campus, focusing majorly on senior students enrolled Vocational Seminars course.

Başar Akpınar was graduated from the Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering Department of Istanbul Techincal University in 1993. Between 1994-1998, he worked as a Software Testing and Support Engineer for Nortel Netas. Then, Akpınar worked as a Supervisor Engineer at Turkcell for two years. In 2000, Akpınar started to work with Ericsson. In the first year of his career at Ericsson, he worked as Senior Consultant, then he became Core Network Manager of Ericsson. He continued his career as a Senior Consultant of EMS communication between 2004 and 2005. Başar Akpınar has been carrying out Chief Executive Officer duty for P.I. works since 2005.

Ahmet Ileri, who is currently Field Management Specialist at Turk Telekom, will give a talk and share his valuable experiences in the field with Istanbul Commerce University audience on February 21th, 2019, Thursday, between 1pm-3pm at C-205, Kucukyali campus, focusing majorly on senior students enrolled Vocational Seminars course.

Ahmet Ileri was born in 1980 in Üsküdar. He is living in İstanbul. He graduated from the Electrical Department of Tuzla Industrial Vocational High School in 1998. He started his career in 2000 as a technician at Mobinet which serves in the field of communication. Until 2008, he took part in this company as a project surveyor, maintenance service consultant of help-desk and project manager at Avea Indoor Coverage Project. He continued his career as a team leader between 2008 and 2010 at Secetel Telecommunication company. After that, in 2011, he started to work as a site supervisor at Ericsson. He has gained considerable experience with Avea Rollout Project at Ericsson which has 40% of the telecommunication sector in the global area. As he climbed the steps in business life, he realized the importance of the diploma even it was too late. Then, moved towards this path without hesitation and while continuing to work in 2012, he graduated from Control and Automation Technologies Department of Gazi University and completed his associate degree. As soon as he realized that the associate degree was not enough to achieve his career goals, he left Ericsson with a radical decision in order to complete the missing part with a 50% scholarship at Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Istanbul Commerce University. After graduating from this department in 2 years, he returned to business life as an engineer. Currently, he is working as a Field Management Specialist in the project named as “Evrensel” at Turk Telekom.
