Cengiz Riva has got the licence diploma from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi and masters diploma from Bogaziçi Üniversitesi. He has started his carreer as mobile cellular telecommunication engineer in Telsim in 1994 and continued to work for Alcatel-SEL as GSM Radio network expert for 4,5 years on abroad projects mainly in Asia-Pacific. He has actively took place in the startup of Avea network and was employed by the same company as responsible from central operations of 2G/3G network for 14 years.
