Ali Boyacı received the B.S. and M.Sc. degrees in computer science from Istanbul University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2007 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2015. He worked as a software engineer at Nortel Networks and project leader at Huawei from 2007 to 2012. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering, Istanbul Commerce University, Istanbul. Ali Boyacı’s current research interests include computer networks, vehicular networks, operating system, programming languages, software development, and embedded systems.
