Required documents on students return from Erasmus
1. Certificate of Attendance (KATILIM BELGESİ)
2. Transcript of Records
3. Stamps of entrance and exit on passport
4. Fully signed Learning Agreement
5. Final report Form must be filled at the office (NİHAİ RAPOR)
Erasmus documents must be handed in by hand and in person, between 09.00-12.00 and 13.30-17.00 to the Erasmus office at the Sütlüce Campus, A303. Late applications will not be accepted. Students who have not completed documents upon return are not eligible to receive the remaining 20% of their grants.
Then Erasmus Departmental Coordinators will prepare three copy of students proof of recognition of courses form and will apply Faculty Board Decision (2. Yönetim Kurulu Kararı) in person.
